Purchase Property:
Buy a property in Dubai Ensure that the property meets the minimum value set by the government, last check was minimal AED 750.000
Ownership Proof:
Obtain a title deed or proof of property ownership.
Visa Eligibility:
Properties with a minimum value make you eligible for a residency visa. This value may vary, so check the current threshold.
